This document sets out the Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions of
THE CHALLENGE CIRCLE LIMITED ("Challenge Circle," "we,"
"us," or "our"). These terms apply to all purchases, registrations,
and use of our website at

and all related services.
01 — Services
Our Services
Challenge Circle offers a range of digital products and community services,
including but not limited to:
- Memberships — Common Circle (lifetime access) and Core Circle (annual subscription), granting access to exclusive content, communities, and programmes.
- Trainings & Tutorials — Structured educational content delivered through the member portal.
- Webinars & Seminars — Live and recorded online sessions on business, finance, productivity, and personal development.
- Programmes — Community-based schemes including the Savings Sprint, Food Fountain, and Syspoint Device Depot.
- Digital Resources — Templates, documents, guides, and downloadable materials made available through the member portal or Selfany Store.
- Core App Aid — Shared access to premium applications, managed via our Telegram bot @CoreAppAidBot.
All services are delivered digitally. Physical attendance or delivery is not
implied unless explicitly stated.
02 — Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
Challenge Circle accepts payments through the following approved channels:
- Bank Transfer — Direct transfer to our designated bank account.
- Paystack — Secure online card and bank payments.
- Flutterwave — Secure online card and bank payments.
- Card Payment — Debit and credit card payments via our payment gateway.
- Selfany Store — Purchases made through the Selfany platform.
Access is granted upon confirmed payment. Where a service
requires prior registration (such as through an external platform), access
also depends on successful completion of that registration and compliance
with platform-specific requirements.
Payments made through third-party processors (Paystack, Flutterwave) are
subject to those platforms' own terms and processing timelines.
Challenge Circle does not store your card or banking credentials.
03 — Refund Policy
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of our services,
all payments made to Challenge Circle are final and
non-refundable once processed.
No refund, reversal, or cash return will be issued for:

Removal due to violation of our User Conduct policy

Dissatisfaction with results, outcomes, or earnings (see Disclaimer)
We encourage all prospective members to review our service descriptions,
pricing, and these Terms carefully before purchasing. If you have questions
before committing, contact us — we are happy to help you make an informed
decision.
04 — Exceptions
Limited Exceptions
A resolution — which may take the form of a refund, credit, or service
reinstatement at our sole discretion — may be considered only in the
following verified circumstances:

Duplicate transaction — You were charged more than once
for the same purchase due to a system or processing error.

Service not received — Payment was confirmed but access
to the purchased service was not granted within a reasonable timeframe
and the issue was not resolved after contacting support.
To raise an exception, contact us through an official channel within
7 days of the transaction date. Include your name,
email, transaction reference, and a description of the issue.
We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
05 — Membership Access
Membership Access & External Platforms
Some Challenge Circle services require registration or use of external
platforms, including but not limited to Telegram,
WhatsApp, and the Selfany Store.
Access to community groups, App Vault credentials, and programme
participation depends on:
- Successful completion of the registration process for the relevant service.
- Ongoing compliance with Challenge Circle's conduct standards and these Terms.
- Compliance with the terms of any third-party platform used to deliver the service.
Challenge Circle reserves the right to revoke access — without refund —
where a member fails to meet these requirements or violates the standards
set out in the User Conduct section below.
06 — User Conduct
User Conduct Standards
All members and users of Challenge Circle platforms — including the
member portal, Telegram groups, WhatsApp communities, and the Selfany
Store — are expected to behave in a respectful, honest, and lawful manner.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Sharing paid resources illegally — Distributing, reproducing, or forwarding any paid tutorial, document, video, or resource without written permission from Challenge Circle.
- Credential sharing — Sharing App Vault login credentials, member access tokens, or platform passwords outside the Circle.
- Harassment or abuse — Engaging in threatening, offensive, discriminatory, or disrespectful behaviour toward any member, admin, or staff.
- Fraud or misrepresentation — Providing false information during registration, attempting to exploit payment systems, or impersonating staff or members.
- Spam or unsolicited promotion — Sending unsolicited commercial messages or promotions within Challenge Circle platforms without authorisation.
Violation of these conduct standards may result in
immediate removal from all Challenge Circle platforms
without notice and without refund. Challenge Circle reserves the right
to report serious violations to relevant authorities.
07 — Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and resources produced by or for Challenge Circle —
including but not limited to tutorials, training documents, videos, webinar
recordings, graphics, logos, flyers, templates, and software — are the
exclusive intellectual property of
THE CHALLENGE CIRCLE LIMITED.
Members are granted a personal, non-transferable licence
to access and use these materials for their own learning and development
only. This licence does not permit:
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing any materials in any form.
- Selling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any Challenge Circle content.
- Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or branding notices.
- Using Challenge Circle's name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
Unauthorised use of Challenge Circle's intellectual property may result in
access revocation and legal action under applicable Nigerian law.
08 — Disclaimer
Results Disclaimer
Challenge Circle provides growth-focused educational and community services
designed to support your personal and financial development. However:
- No specific results, outcomes, or earnings are guaranteed. Individual results vary based on personal effort, circumstances, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
- Testimonials and case studies shared within the community reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other member.
- All information, tutorials, and content provided by Challenge Circle are for educational purposes. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
By joining Challenge Circle, you acknowledge that your success depends
primarily on your own commitment, effort, and application of what you learn.
Challenge Circle supports your journey — it does not replace your own
responsibility to act.
09 — Governing Law
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or
in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage members to contact us directly
first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly through
our official support channels before any formal proceedings are initiated.
Challenge Circle reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of
the revised Terms.
